Senior Physiotherapist

We are hiring a passionate and skilled Senior Physiotherapist (Neurology) with 4 to 5 years of clinical experience to join our multidisciplinary team in Bangalore and Davangere. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in neurorehabilitation techniques, have strong communication and leadership skills, and understand the values of patient care within Karnataka’s diverse cultural settings.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork, clinical autonomy, and contributing to innovation in neurorehabilitation while respecting local community values — whether in the fast-paced urban environment of Bangalore or the community-centered healthcare model in Davangere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients with neurological conditions (stroke, TBI, SCI, CP, Parkinson’s, etc.).
• Plan and deliver customized treatment programs using evidence-based practices.
• Perform therapy including mobility training, balance, neurodevelopmental therapy, and gait re-education.
• Educate patients and caregivers in Kannada, English, or Hindi — as per comfort.
• Incorporate advanced technologies like robotics, virtual rehab, or stimulation devices when appropriate.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to training programs, especially in emerging locations like Davangere.
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and engineers in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Respect and adapt to patient needs, family structures, and local cultural sensitivities in both cities.
• Participate in reviews, research, and continuous quality improvement processes.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (Neurology specialization) from a recognized university.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in neurorehabilitation.
• Valid physiotherapy registration in India.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of neurological conditions and rehabilitation protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — especially in patient education.
• Proven leadership skills — supervising, mentoring, or team coordination.
• Culturally sensitive, patient-first mindset — able to connect with people from urban (Bangalore) and semi-urban/rural (Davangere) backgrounds.
• Tech-friendly, with ability to use rehab tools and software.
• Organized, empathetic, and collaborative.
