Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Networking Trainer role located in Noida. The Networking Trainer will be responsible for planning and conducting computer networking training sessions, preparing course materials, and delivering lectures in areas such as CCNA, server fundamentals, and advanced computer networking. They will also provide hands-on training for practical lab sessions, assess students' progress, offer individualized feedback, and ensure students are acquiring the skills necessary to excel in the IT and networking domains. Additionally, the trainer will mentor students on professional skills like customer relationship management and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge in Computer Networking concepts, including CCNA, server fundamentals, and advanced level networking skills
• Experience in Cloud Infrastructure Management, IT Infrastructure, and Cyber Security principles
• Strong teaching, communication, and presentation skills tailored to diverse student groups
• Ability to create training materials, conduct hands-on lab sessions, and assess student performance
• Skills in customer relationship management and guiding personality development
• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in IT, networking, or cybersecurity, with training experience preferred
• A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are a plus
