About the Role

Networking Trainer

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions on networking fundamentals, routing and switching, subnetting, protocols, and Cisco technologies (CCNA level).
  • Conduct practical lab sessions, troubleshooting exercises, and real-time demonstrations to enhance learning.
  • Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and student progress evaluations.
  • Mentor, guide, and support students throughout their learning journey.
  • Stay updated with current networking trends, tools, and certifications to ensure training relevance.
  • Assist in curriculum development and continuous improvement of course content.
  • Provide feedback, answer queries, and help students build confidence in technical concepts.

Requirements

  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in Networking (industry or training).
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, especially

    Cisco technologies (CCNA)

    .
  • Solid understanding of

    routing, switching, subnetting, and network protocols

    .
  • Knowledge of

    RHCE

    and

    AWS

    is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students succeed.
