We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Network & Voice Operations Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in NOC operations with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of incident management, and a foundational knowledge of voice and messaging technologies. This role involves working in a 24/7 operational environment. Job Title: Network & Voice Operations Engineer Experience: 2 to 4 Years Location: Chennai Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shift (Mandatory) Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Network Operations & Monitoring Monitor network and system alerts in a 24/7 NOC environment. Perform initial triage of incidents and escalate as necessary. Perform health checks and proactive monitoring of network components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues. Incident Management Handle and log incidents in ITSM tools. Communicate incident status and resolution details to stakeholders. Ensure adherence to SLAs and follow ITIL best practices. Voice Operations Support VoIP-based communication systems. Troubleshoot and manage issues related to SIP, RTP, and SBC. Analyze call flows and diagnose issues in VoIP environments. Maintain documentation for voice infrastructure and configurations. Optional – Messaging Support (Preferred but Not Mandatory) Basic understanding of SMS/MMS flows. Familiarity with SMSC, SMPP, A2P/P2P message routing. Key Skills & Competencies: Must Have: Hands-on experience in a NOC or Network Operations environment. Strong knowledge of VoIP, SIP, RTP, SBC. Experience with incident management tools and monitoring systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to work in 24x7 shifts, including nights and weekends. Good to Have (Optional): Knowledge of SMS C, SMPP protocols. Familiarity with SMS/MMS routing and messaging platforms. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Industry certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are a plus. Show more Show less
