Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Support Engineer located in Ranchi. The Network Support Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining network infrastructures, providing technical support, troubleshooting network-related issues, and ensuring network security. The role also involves configuring and optimizing network systems to improve efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

• Network Administration and Network Engineering skills
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge in Network Security
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+
• Experience in IT solutions and services is a plus
