Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Network Support Engineer, located in Vadodara. The Network Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and managing networking systems. Daily tasks include network administration, performing technical support, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring robust network security. The engineer will also collaborate with team members to optimize network performance and implement enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Network Administration and Network Engineering
• Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Network Security practices and protocols
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field
• Relevant certifications (such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus
