Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled System Administrator with strong hands-on experience in macOS systems (MacBooks), Wi-Fi Access Points, and basic firewall configurations. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling user device management, network troubleshooting, and Level 1 to 2 support for security and connectivity issues across various enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: Manage, configure, and troubleshoot MacBook devices including software installations, updates, security policies, and user access. Handle Wi-Fi Access Point configuration, monitoring, and optimization (Cisco, Aruba, Ubiquiti, or similar). Perform basic firewall administration such as port forwarding, policy review, URL filtering, and troubleshooting. Provide end-user IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Manage asset inventory, patch updates, system backups, and endpoint compliance. Monitor and resolve network connectivity issues across wired and wireless infrastructure. Maintain user accounts, permissions, and profiles in Active Directory or similar systems. Assist in onboarding/offboarding IT setups for employees. Work closely with L3/Network Security team for escalated firewall and network tasks. Maintain documentation for system procedures, network diagrams, and access logs. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2 years of proven experience in macOS system administration. Hands-on with Enterprise Access Points deployment, troubleshooting, and user connectivity. Knowledge of basic firewall functions (FortiGate, Sophos, Cisco ASA, or similar). Familiarity with VPNs, IP address management, and DNS/DHCP troubleshooting. Good understanding of security best practices for endpoints and networks. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with remote tools like JAMF, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or MDM solutions is a plus.
