Network Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer who can handle basic computer hardware issues, install required software, and provide support in day-to-day IT operations. The candidate should also have basic knowledge of networking and domain environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot and fix basic computer hardware issues.

2. Install and configure software and operating systems.

3. Provide support for user login, domain join, and profile-related issues.

4. Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP settings).

5. Assist in routine system checks and updates.

6. Ensure proper functioning of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

7. Maintain documentation of IT activities and support provided.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support .

2. Basic knowledge of computer hardware.

3. Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, IP configuration).

4. Familiarity with domain environment (Active Directory, user login, password reset).

5. Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.

6. Good communication and problem-solving skills.

7. Diploma/Certification in IT/Computer Hardware & Networking preferred.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 1.5 month

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
