Network Support Engineer

As a Network Support Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure for our clients. With 1-3 years of experience in cloud networking, server management, and firewall administration, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth network operations and security. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Network Administration & Troubleshooting:** - Configure and manage LAN, WAN, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless networks. - Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. - Perform network diagnostics and ensure minimal downtime. - **Cloud Infrastructure & Security:** - Support AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud networking (VPC, security groups, load balancers). - Implement and manage firewall rules and network security controls in cloud environments. - Monitor and optimize cloud network performance. - **Server Management & Maintenance:** - Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers. - Perform system updates, patches, and backups. - Monitor server health and optimize performance. - **Firewall & Security Administration:** - Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Sophos, etc.). - Implement intrusion prevention systems (IPS), VPNs, and firewall security policies. - Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with security standards. - **Client Support & On-Site Visits:** - Provide on-site support for clients when required. - Deploy and troubleshoot network, firewall, and server infrastructure at client locations. - Ensure smooth coordination between Amvion Labs and the client IT team. - **IT Support & Collaboration:** - Assist internal teams with network, server, and security-related issues. - Work closely with Cloud, DevOps, and Cybersecurity teams to enhance security posture. - Maintain documentation of network configurations and issue resolutions. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 1-3 years of experience in networking, cloud, server, and firewall management. - Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing protocols. - Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud networking. - Experience in firewall configuration and troubleshooting (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.). - Proficiency in Windows/Linux server administration. - Willingness to travel to client locations when required.,
