Job Description

The primary duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to: Installation, configuration, and administration of various network and information security solutions Providing L3 support to the customer Proactively monitoring the health of security devices using diversified tools Investigate, document, and reporting security incidents Provide threat and vulnerability analysis as well as security advisory services Troubleshooting network and security issues Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively and strong attention to detail Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent customer service skills. Hands on experience required on following devices in details Firewalls – Cisco ASA FTD FMC, Fortinet . IPS- McAfee, Tipping point . ATD - McAfee, WAF + Radware (Cloud), F5(on-prem), Cloudflare DDoS - Radware (On-prem Appliance), Arbor DDOS Load Balancer - Radware, F5 LTM.
