· Change Management: Performing routine to complex Network & configuration changes which include Device Integration, replacement, IOS upgrades, MOP creation, executing and planning. Must have experience on Cisco NCS/XR and Nexus platform.

·Fault Management: Resolution of IP Mobile backhaul, Fronthaul and Midhaul failure Ensure resolution of IP Network failures

Analysis and recommendation for preventive/corrective actions

· Traffic Rerouting and solving throughput performance issues Traffic rerouting to ensure service are restored in case of network failure

Solving Mobile throughput and other performance incidents

A. Co ordination with planning, engineering, NOC and field teams for identifying the root cause and solution

• How do you ensure minimal downtime during IOS upgrades or device replacements?
