Job Description

As a Sr. Network Engineer in our regional network operations team, you will be crucial in maintaining the stability and dependability of our network. Your main responsibilities will revolve around resolving incidents and implementing changes effectively. To excel in this role, you should have several years of experience in network security operations, implementation, and the management of extensive network security platforms. Moreover, expertise in network implementation involving routers, switches, SD-WAN, Firewall, and LB is indispensable. You must also be well-versed in ITSM processes such as incident, change, and problem management. Key Responsibilities: - Set up high-availability, multi-layer datacenter networks proficiently. - Utilize network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, etc., with expertise. - Possess industrial professional certifications like CCNP, PCNSE, and NSE-7 for added advantage. - Demonstrate a solid grasp and practical experience in Cisco Router and Switches (ASR, ISR, Nexus, Catalyst). - Apply in-depth practical knowledge of advanced IP routing and switching technologies, particularly BGP, EIGRP, SDWAN, OSPF, PBR, QOS, ECMP, VRRP, HSRP, and VPC. Qualifications Required: - Maintain a curious mindset and a willingness to embrace evolving technologies, especially in the financial sector. - Familiarity with SASE solutions like Zscaler and Prisma Access is a plus. - Experience in Network Automation is beneficial. - Understand regulatory requirements from authorities such as MAS, RBI, etc. - Previous experience as an IT professional in banking or financial institutions is advantageous. - Willingness to work in a 24*7 rotational shift and on-call model when required.
