Assist, Plan & Implement the up- gradation of Hardware Software on Live Servers Inventory records and License for all IT Assets (software and Hardware) Established process improvement strategies that drove positive changes and resulted in a 100% IT incident remedy rate. BCPDR Plan for IT Infrastructure. Liaising with the external agencies to ensure timely completion of the projects Incorporating technical zero fault suggestions for efficient implementation with the Department Heads. Supervising the use of IT inventory and consumables and ordering as and when required for I T Maintenance and Server room functions Imparting IT Orientation to New Recruits. Planning Prepare yearly CAPEX budget for IT India as per requirements. And Monitoring Vendor Management (ISP/IT consumable/Hardware ) UPS.
