A sound understanding and practical experience in implementing Cisco Routers and Switches (ASR, ISR, Nexus, Catalyst) are necessary. Moreover, you should possess in-depth expertise in advanced IP routing and switching technologies, particularly BGP, EIGRP, SDWAN, OSPF, PBR, QOS, ECMP, VRRP, HSRP, and VPC. In addition to technical skills, having a curious mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and requirements in the financial industry will be beneficial. Familiarity with Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions such as Zscaler and Prisma Access is advantageous. Experience in network automation and knowledge of regulatory requirements from authorities like MAS and RBI are also valuable assets. Previous experience as an IT professional in banking or financial institutions is considered advantageous for this role. You should be open to working in a 24*7 rotational shift and participate in a rotational on-call model when necessary.
