Job Description

You will be joining NTT DATA as a Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L1), an entry-level engineering role focused on providing managed services to clients to ensure the operational continuity of their IT infrastructure and systems. Your primary responsibilities will include proactively identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems, as well as managing incidents to resolution to maintain service levels. - Monitor client infrastructure and solutions - Identify problems and errors before or when they occur - Investigate first-line incidents, identify root causes, and provide telephonic or chat support to clients - Schedule maintenance activities for patching and configuration changes - Report and escalate incidents as necessary - Update knowledge articles and identify opportunities for process improvement - Contribute to project work when required - Implement and deliver Disaster Recovery functions and tests - Perform any other related tasks as required - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing - Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft Certified, AWS Certified, Veeam Certified Engineer, VMware Certified Professional, etc. - Entry-level experience in troubleshooting and support within security, network, data center, systems, or storage administration - Basic knowledge of management agents, redundancy concepts, and ITIL processes,
