About the Role:

Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot

  Firewalls

  , Web Security Gateways, Proxy devices, and ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access) solutions.
• Hands-on setup and support for

  IPSec and SSL VPNs

  ,

  DHCP

  , and

  DNS configurations

  .
• Manage and optimize

  Aruba Access Points

  , Controllers, and

  Layer 2 Switches and Layer 3 Switches

  for seamless wireless and wired connectivity.
• Provide Level 1 Level 2 and Level 3 support for networking issues in on-prem and hybrid cloud environments.
• Ensure network infrastructure security, performance monitoring, and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for network upgrades, documentation, and incident resolution.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in core

  networking and firewall configuration

  .
• Exposure to

  physical hardware setup

  , configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with

  Aruba Networks infrastructure

  controllers, access points, L2 switches.
• Understanding of

  ZTNA principles

  , VPN technologies, and enterprise-level security practices.
• Completed

  CCNA training

  (certification not mandatory but preferred).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset.

Good to Have:

• Experience supporting hybrid cloud networks.
• Exposure to scripting or automation in network management.
• Certification in Barracuda or Aruba technologies.
