Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Experience or knowledge of satellite communication systems
Understanding of baseband systems, satellite topology, and access technologies
Technical support in networking: WAN, LAN, routers, firewalls, NAS, servers, etc.
Proficiency in Server management, Microsoft OS, Linux OS
Responding to alerts, tickets, and customer support requests
Site visits for maintenance and support at customer and NOC locations
Advanced troubleshooting and communication skills
Maintenance of system configuration documentation

Preferred candidate profile

CCNA, Linux and Virtualization Certification will be preferred.
Should be open to Travel PAN India
