Key Responsibilities:

• Drive targeted lead generation across product lines using digital tools (LinkedIn, email, CRM, etc.)
  
• Qualify and manage leads through their lifecycle, ensuring high-quality conversion
  
• Create engaging marketing content: social media posts, brochures, landing page content, and ads
  
• Run digital marketing campaigns and drive strong engagement
  
• Maintain CRM data integrity and generate performance reports
  
• Support internal workflows, vendor management
  

Key Metrics for Success:

• 50%+ lead-to-prospect conversion rate
  
• 25%+ campaign engagement rate
  
• Timely and error-free execution of internal workflows
  
• High-quality content creation across platforms
  

What Were Looking For:

• 4 - 5 years of experience in B2B lead generation or digital marketing (Tech/B2B preferred)
  
• Strong grasp of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  
• Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma
  
• Solid communication skills and basic knowledge of SEO and digital tactics
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
• Masters degree is a plus but not mandatory
