Network Engineer L3

• Design, implement, and manage advanced networking solutions, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center networks.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to create scalable network designs supporting business growth.
• Configure and deploy routers, switches, firewalls, and other network hardware.

• Act as the third-level escalation point for resolving complex network issues.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Ensure high availability and redundancy of critical network components.

• Implement and enforce security protocols to protect network integrity.
• Work with cybersecurity teams to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate networking solutions into broader IT strategies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and processes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to L1 and L2 network engineers.

• Analyze network performance metrics and implement reliability and scalability.
• Conduct periodic network audits to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.

• Utilize advanced tools for network monitoring, management, and security (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds, etc.).
• Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.

• Bachelors degree and equivalent experience.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, and CCIE. (Any)
• Minimum 57 years of experience in network engineering, with at least 2 years in an L3 or equivalent role.

• Proven expertise in working with complex network infrastructures, including Cisco, Juniper, and other major vendors.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLAN, VPN, QoS).
• Hands-on experience with firewall technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
