Network Engineer L3

As an experienced L3 Network Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our enterprise network infrastructure. Your deep technical expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching, Citrix Load Balancer, and Wireless technologies will be crucial in effectively resolving complex network issues. Your key responsibilities will include providing Level 3 (L3) support for critical network issues, managing and troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches, maintaining Citrix NetScaler Load Balancer infrastructure, administering wireless network infrastructure, monitoring network performance, ensuring optimal uptime, implementing network security controls, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading root cause analysis, creating network documentation, and providing on-call support as part of a rotational schedule. To excel in this role, you must possess advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and performance tuning skills in Cisco Routing & Switching, Citrix Load Balancer configuration and troubleshooting expertise, and proficiency in wireless networking including Cisco WLC, AP deployment, and wireless security protocols. A strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, STP, experience with network monitoring tools, and familiarity with firewalls, VPN, and remote access solutions are also essential. Additionally, understanding of ITIL processes, change management, and certifications like CCNP or Citrix Certified Associate Networking (CCA-N) will be advantageous.
