Job Title: Network Engineer (Switching / Routing / IPPBX / RF / FTTH)

Job Summary:
Responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance of network, voice, wireless, and FTTH infrastructure. The engineer should have hands-on experience in Layer 2/3 networking, IPPBX systems, RF links, and fiber-based access networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain routers, switches, VLANs, VPNs, OSPF/BGP, and multi-WAN setups.
Deploy and manage FTTH networks including OLT, ONU/ONT, splitters, and fiber splicing/testing.
Install and support IPPBX (Grandstream /Asterisk) with SIP trunks, extensions, and call routing.
Plan and align RF links (PTP/PTMP) and manage enterprise Wi-Fi (Grandstream, MikroTik, Ubiquiti, etc.).
Monitor and troubleshoot using SNMP tools, OTDR, and Wireshark.
Ensure network security, performance, and proper documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics, Telecom, or Computer Engineering.
3–5 years experience in networking, VoIP, and FTTH deployments.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, SIP, and RF fundamentals.
Experience with MikroTik, Grandstream, Cisco, or similar platforms.
Preferred Certifications:
MTCNA / CCNA / CFOT / GCS
Soft Skills:
Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
Team player with field & NOC experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
