Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, install, and support LANs, WANs, network segments, internet, and intranet systems.
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
Troubleshoot network issues and outages, schedule upgrades, and collaborate with network architects on network optimization.
Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access.
Maintain technical documentation and network diagrams for systems and applications.
Coordinate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Manage firewall, VPN, and proxy configurations.
Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
