As a member of our team, you will be part of a 24/7 operations team that ensures our clients' networks are running smoothly How Youll Spend Your Day For the Network Ctrl/Admin Professional I in Network Operation Center in a Large Enterprise, required IT oriented, hungry for knowledge and tech savvy candidate Network Operation in our company is playing a key role in Managing and Monitoring IT infrastructure and applications worldwide Monitor network elements, servers, and applications using network management tools to identify and resolve issues proactively Act as the first point of contact for Major incident/P1/P2 issues via phone and email Troubleshoot reported relevant issues and escalated critical issues to higher tiers Record and track all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system Maintain appropriate documentation, procedures, and operational methods Ensure timely communication of network status with clients and internal teams!
