JR Technologies is a leading ITES company specializing in the travel industry. We offer fare management, air ticketing, website development, and other IT solutions. As part of one of the largest air ticket consolidators, we are expanding our team and looking for skilled professionals to grow with us.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3-5 years in a mid to large organization

• Level: Mid-Level

• Work Type: Remote

• Shift Details: Night shifts / Rotational shifts

• Work Week: 5 days a week

- Equipment

- procurement (Order receipt, approval, order)

- maintenance & troubleshooting

- Network (Currently migrating from individual configurations to a national AT&T plan for telco and network)

- Local Networks (networks for each office)

- Local Telco (local telco & networks)

- Local Internet providers

- Security (Network, Hosting, Outlook, etc.)

- Bitdefender

- Defender

- GoDaddy Hosting (SB Websites – SkyBirdtravel.com, studentsfare.com, jayatravel.com, mywingsbooking.com, etc.)

- Domain Management (GoDaddy)

- Domain Acquisition, renewal, retirement

- Certificate management (order, renewal, etc.)

- DNS management

- Zoom Mgmt. & Configuration

- Configuration & troubleshooting

- Call routing

- App installs

- Trams Hosting

- Servers

- Remote PC’s

- Vendor Management

- All local office network vendors

- Sector 7 (MS Office, Exchange, Security, etc.)

- Zoom (Configuration, ticket mgmt., agent on/offboarding etc.)

- India support team management

- Desktop support (Application and Equipment)

- Login / account support

- application support

- Ticket management (broadly - point party for any technical issue)
