Network Administrator

As a Network Infrastructure Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of all infrastructure components, including Network Infrastructure and Security Applications and Appliances. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining documentation such as Network Infrastructure diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Disaster Recovery Plans, and IT policies and procedures. You will establish network specifications, evaluate network performance issues, maintain network performance, and secure the network by developing control and evaluation measures. Additionally, you will upgrade the network, coordinate with stakeholders to identify future needs, provide technical expertise for projects, and ensure the security of information technology assets. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all infrastructure components, including Network Infrastructure and Security Applications and Appliances - Create and maintain documentation, such as Network Infrastructure diagrams and IT policies - Establish network specifications, evaluate performance issues, and troubleshoot network problems - Secure the network by developing control and evaluation measures - Upgrade the network, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide technical expertise for projects - Ensure the security of information technology assets and implement monitoring systems Qualifications Required: - University Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 2-5 years of progressive experience in IT Networking and/or Server Infrastructure - Fundamental understanding of Network Performance Tuning, LAN, WAN protocols, Design, and Implementation - Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Routing, and network software/hardware management - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation writing skills - Experience with monitoring tools, escalation processes, and procedures - Customer focus, ownership, and strong communication and organization skills In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, some evening and weekend work may be required, as well as the ability to provide 24-hour on-call and on-site emergency support when necessary.
