As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading software development projects through the phase gate process. Your primary focus will be on gathering requirements from the RD&E software team to ensure that marketing and divisional needs are met. You will play a crucial role in managing interactions between RD&E and IT to ensure seamless project integration.
