Position: NetSuite SuiteScript Developer

Role Overview
We are expanding our Kolkata development team and hiring Junior, Mid-level, and Senior NetSuite SuiteScript Developers. You will work on designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom solutions within NetSuite using SuiteScript (1.0/2.x) and the SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).

Key Responsibilities (All Levels)

• Develop and maintain SuiteScript 1.0/2.x solutions (User Event Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, RESTlets, Suitelets, Workflows).
• Build, manage, and deploy customizations using the SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
• Customize and enhance NetSuite modules to meet client-specific business needs.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and end-users to gather requirements.
• Perform testing, debugging, and deployment of SuiteScript and SDF-based solutions.
• Optimize scripts and integrations for performance and scalability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for NetSuite customizations.
• Work with offshore and onsite teams in a global delivery model.

Qualifications & ExperienceJunior Developer (1–2 years)

• 1–2 years of experience with JavaScript; exposure to SuiteScript preferred.
• Basic knowledge of NetSuite customization and SDF is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn ERP systems and grow into a NetSuite expert.

Mid-Level Developer (3–5 years)

• 3–5 years of NetSuite SuiteScript (1.0/2.x) experience.
• Hands-on with SDF deployments.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite customizations (workflows, forms, saved searches).
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.

Senior Developer (5+ years)

• 5+ years of advanced NetSuite SuiteScript development.
• Proven experience delivering complex solutions with SDF.
• Ability to design scalable NetSuite architectures.
• Mentor and guide junior developers.
• Experience with ERP implementation projects, multi-subsidiary, or OneWorld environments.
• Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing, finance, or supply chain.

Salary Range (Kolkata, India)

• WILL BE COMPETITIVE BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS, CAN BE ABOVE OR BELOW THE RANGE POSTED.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
