Key Responsibilities Build and enhance modules for PCT Flex , our full-stack manufacturing cloud platform. Write clean, object-oriented code in the language you’re best at (JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, etc.). Collaborate with a global team to solve real business problems. Debug, troubleshoot, and own the code you write. Continuously improve your craft — learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully. Must-Have Skills Solid grasp of programming fundamentals , object-oriented design, and problem-solving. Mastery in at least one language — the language doesn't matter, your ability does. Grit, focus, and a relentless attitude toward improving your skills and getting things done.
