As a Netsuite Support Analyst at Staff4Me, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users utilizing the Netsuite ERP system. You will work closely with both technical and non-technical teams to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide guidance on system usage. In this role, you will{​{:} } Respond to user inquiries, identify and troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions in a timely manne r Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide system enhancements and customization recommendation s Assist with system configurations, data imports/exports, and system integration s Monitor system performance, identify and resolve any operational or technical issue s Maintain accurate documentation of user issues, resolutions, and system processe s Provide end-user training and support on system functionalities and best practice s We are looking for candidates who have a strong understanding of Netsuite functionalities and can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
