NetSuite Delivery Lead- Night Shift

As a Manager in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific segment within the practice, focusing on various aspects such as industry, service line, technology center, specialty area, or region. Your primary duties will involve managing people, overseeing portfolio/delivery, and enabling sales within the practice. You will also be accountable for the profit and loss or financial management of the practice. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the three main pillars of the practice: people management, portfolio/delivery management, and sales enablement - Ensure operational and financial metrics are met and drive overall business results - Maintain practice direction, uphold consulting delivery quality, and ensure customer satisfaction - Implement operational policies, focus on best practices, and drive process improvements - Develop plans to successfully execute operational policies and achieve business goals - Manage and grow revenue streams and customer base - Serve as an advisor for moderately complex engagements - Lead, engage, mobilize, and motivate multiple teams to achieve objectives - Utilize product, technology, or industry expertise relevant to the practice focus - Willingness to travel as required Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in consulting and 6 years in project management leadership - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience - Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate teams - Expertise in products, technologies, or industries related to the practice focus - Ability to travel when necessary This position offers the opportunity to work in a challenging environment where you will have the chance to lead and drive business success while utilizing your expertise in the field.,
