Responsibilities and Duties:

➢ Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

➢ Project Management: Plan, manage, and execute technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

➢ Architecture and Design: Develop and oversee the architecture and design of software systems, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards.

➢ Code Review: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.

➢ Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

➢ Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance our technology stack.

➢ Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks, ensuring the team can deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.

➢ Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and coding standards.

Qualifications:

➢ Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

• ➢ Experience: 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Technical Skills:

➢ Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant libraries/frameworks.

➢ Proficiency in C#, with Object-Oriented design skills.

➢ Knowledge of coding best practices, design principles, source-code management, and unit testing.

➢ Up-to-date knowledge of development tools & IDEs.

➢ Knowledge of best practices for software security and performance optimization.

➢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
