.NET Tech Lead

As a technical leader at RAIK Solutions, your role will involve leading and mentoring a team of developers to ensure successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing guidance, support, and direction to the team - Planning, managing, and executing technical projects - Developing and overseeing software systems architecture and design - Conducting regular code reviews - Collaborating with product managers, designers, and stakeholders - Staying updated with industry trends and suggesting technology stack improvements - Identifying and resolving technical challenges - Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Your technical skills should include familiarity with front-end technologies, proficiency in C# with Object-Oriented design skills, knowledge of coding best practices, design principles, source-code management, and unit testing. Additionally, you should have up-to-date knowledge of development tools & IDEs, software security best practices, and performance optimization techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.,
