Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist, located in the Mohali. The Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist will be responsible for conducting quality audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing quality control procedures.

What You’ll Do:

⭐ Build and implement SOPs, quality guidelines, and compliance frameworks.

⭐ Ensure adherence to QA processes and regulatory standards (ISO, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

⭐ Drive audits, release governance, and defect RCA.

⭐ Lead and mentor a QA compliance team, influencing quality culture across the company.

What We’re Looking For:

🌟 7+ years in Quality Assurance or Compliance.

🌟Strong skills in process documentation, audit handling, and compliance enforcement.

🌟Experience in Agile/DevOps environments.

🌟Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
