Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate with banks and financial institutions (preferably nationalized banks) for fund raising, term loans, working capital, and other financial facilities.
• Handle Investor Relations - prepare financial presentations, coordinate with investors, and support periodic reviews.
• Oversee issuance and management of Bank Guarantees (BGs) and Letters of Credit (LCs).
• Manage Treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, short-term investments, and liquidity management.
• Liaise with lenders for debt structuring, compliance, renewals, and documentation.
• Monitor cash flow, fund utilization, and project-wise financial performance.
• Support management in financial planning, risk assessment, and cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to finance, treasury, and banking.
• Prepare periodic reports and MIS for CFO and Directors for strategic decision-making.
  

Desired Profile

• Chartered Accountant with 20-25 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, investor relations, and banking.
• Strong experience in banking operations, BGs, LCs, and fund management.
• Exposure to large-scale construction/infrastructure/real estate projects preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
