Sharp strategic thinking, with the ability to prioritize, plan, and adapt in fast-paced environments. Demonstrated intellectual agility and a genuine interest in learning across multiple disciplines and domains. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset. About You 8+ years of experience in transition management, transformation delivery, or program execution within large or complex organizations. Proven track record in implementing Centers of Excellence (CoEs), Global Capability Centers (GCCs), or leading shared services transitions. Solid understanding of "Integrator" and "Accelerator" roles in the context of operating model transformation and service centralization. Proficiency in established methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, PROSCI/ADKAR, PMP, or PRINCE2. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and change navigation across business and functional lines. Comfortable operating in global, cross-cultural, and matrixed environments, with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity. Why us?
