Job Title: National Sales Head Company: Pinkvilla Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (On-site) Reporting To: COO Team Size: 10+ (Direct + Indirect) Employment Type: Full-time About Pinkvilla Pinkvilla is Indias leading digital entertainment, lifestyle, and fashion platform, reaching over 30M monthly unique users and engaging 25M+ social media followers The brand excels in branded content, IP creation, influencer marketing, and premium digital storytelling, Role Overview We are hiring a strategic and performance-driven National Sales Head to lead Pinkvillas revenue growth across branded content, influencer marketing, display ads, IP sponsorships, and video monetization This leadership role will build high-impact client relationships and steer business expansion, Key Responsibilities Revenue Leadership Own revenue targets across all sales streams Develop scalable pricing models and monetization strategies Client & Agency Engagement Build senior-level relationships across key categories (FMCG, BFSI, Auto, Fashion, etc) Ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business Sales Growth & Business Development Drive acquisition of new clients and categories Innovate with custom IPs and integrated brand solutions Team Leadership Lead and mentor a high-performing national sales team Define and track OKRs/KRAs and drive team capability building Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with content, production, influencer, and marketing teams Shape GTM strategies for Pinkvilla IPs and new initiatives Sales Operations & Strategy Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM usage Track market trends and competitive offerings to inform pitches Qualifications 1215 years in digital media sales, including 5+ years in a national leadership role Proven experience in driving branded content and influencer campaigns Strong network with agencies and top brands Excellent negotiation, analytical, and consultative selling skills Proficiency in CRM tools and data-led sales planning Tagged As Development Remote Non Tech Developer Marketing DeFi Internship Entry Level Community Compliance Designer Trading Zero Knowledge
