Job Title: Anchor & Producer Company: Pinkvilla Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (On-site) Experience Required: 4+ years Employment Type: Full-time About Pinkvilla Pinkvilla is a premier digital media platform in the entertainment, lifestyle, and fashion space, reaching 30M+ unique users and 21M+ social media followers The platform is known for engaging content, especially on YouTube and social platforms, Role Overview Were looking for a dynamic Anchor & Producer to lead and host video content across platforms The ideal candidate should have strong anchoring skills, a flair for storytelling, and a deep understanding of entertainment, Bollywood, and digital content trends, Key Responsibilities Host and anchor Pinkvilla's YouTube and social media video content Conceptualize content ideas, write scripts, and prepare interview questions Conduct research on Bollywood and entertainment topics Oversee video production and guide editors during post-production Lead short-form content strategy, including YouTube Shorts Mentor interns and junior team members Create and host new show formats and video series Manage end-to-end podcast and video production Requirements 4+ years of experience in podcast anchoring or show hosting Strong knowledge and passion for Bollywood and entertainment culture Fluent in English and Hindi with excellent communication skills Proven ability to ideate, produce, and lead content strategies Basic knowledge of video editing workflows Familiarity with YouTube trends, algorithms, and content formats Creative, collaborative, and comfortable leading content teams Tagged As Internship Entry Level Compliance Community Designer DeFi Trading Zero Knowledge Rust Ideology Solana Bitcoin Jobs Ethereum Legal Anti Money Laundering React Content Writer
