Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality videos, animations, and motion graphics for internal and external brand communication.
Handle end-to-end video production, including scripting, storyboarding, shooting (if required), editing, and post-production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and translate them into impactful visual narratives.
Manage and oversee multiple video projects, ensuring timely delivery with consistent quality.
Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers and vendors/agencies.
Maintain brand consistency while innovating with fresh and engaging video concepts.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creative output.
Leverage AI-driven tools and workflows to optimize video editing, motion design, and content creation.
9-14 years of proven experience in video design, production, and post-production.
Advanced proficiency in industry-standard tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, motion graphics software.
Strong knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video compression for multiple platforms.
Expertise in motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling.
Ability to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute creative ideas aligned with brand guidelines.
Excellent project management skills with experience leading multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities for guiding junior designers or external vendors.
Familiarity with corporate/brand communication, internal branding, and digital-first content creation.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in video design and production.
Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Runway, Pika Labs, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly) for video editing, automation, and creative enhancement.
