Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

• Proven experience as a Assistant Program Manager, preferably in retail business promoter or merchandising FMCG or FMCD.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

• Budget management experience, ensuring cost-effective operations.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in using project management tools and software.

• Prior experience in retail sales and driving business growth is an advantage.
