Job Description

Role Summary

Lead and grow Beyond Snack’s Modern Trade business across national and regional chains like Dmart, Reliance, Spencer’s, 7/11, Metro, etc. Own MT strategy, key accounts, execution, and nationwide performance.


Responsibilities

  • Drive MT sales targets (primary, secondary, tertiary).
  • Lead central negotiations, JBPs, TOT, listings & promotions.
  • Manage relationships with Dmart, Reliance, 7/11, Spencer’s, Metro & other chains.
  • Ensure product availability, fill rates, visibility & planogram adherence.
  • Coordinate with supply chain for smooth order flow.
  • Lead MT field team (KAMs, merchandisers, promoters).
  • Track performance, sell-out & competition; optimize investments.


Requirements

2–12 years FMCG Modern Trade experience.

Strong connections with key MT chains.

Proven KAM & MT business handling.

Strong negotiation & analytical skills.

Startup mindset with high ownership
