What You’ll Lead

• Craft and execute the business roadmap for the solar vertical
  
• Build a strong revenue engine and deliver on annual growth plans
  
• Strengthen relationships with vendors, channel partners, and system integrators
  
• Spot emerging opportunities and convert them into scalable business lines
  
• Lead and empower a diverse team to achieve ambitious goals

What We’re Looking For

• 15–25 years of experience in sales, product, or business management
  
• Strong exposure to solar equipment distribution or similar high-volume, channel-driven industries.
  
• Prior experience heading a business unit, vertical, or large product portfolio
  
• A proven ability to drive commercial performance, expand markets, and build winning teams
  
• A graduate degree + full-time MBA (Sales/Marketing specialization preferred)
