  • Drive new corporate acquisitions and long-term partnerships for annual health checkswellness programsand preventive care packages.
  • Serve as the

    single point of contact

    for national and MNC accountsensuring seamless service and high client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with unit salesmarketingand operations teams to

    standardize pricingcontractsand service levels

    across locations.
  • Strengthen brand presence by representing Narayana Health at

    corporate wellness forums and HR industry events.

  • Monitor business performance through KPIs such as conversionretentionand revenue growthpresenting insights to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA/Postgraduate in Sales & Marketing (mandatory)
  • 12-15 years of experience in

    healthcare corporate or institutional sales

    with exposure to national-level partnerships.
  • Proven expertise in managing

    corporate wellnessinsuranceand aggregator business models.
