N8N Expert – Workflow & Automation Engineer

HubCredo is looking for a highly skilled n8n Expert who can build complex workflows, automate multi-step processes, integrate APIs, and develop logic-driven automation systems.

This role is not just about simple automations—we need someone who can solve complex problems, architect scalable workflows, guide team members, and ensure all systems run reliably.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and maintain advanced n8n workflows for internal operations, sales, CRM, lead-gen, reporting, and website automations.
• Integrate multiple systems using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and custom authentication flows.
• Build logic-driven backend processes, data pipelines, and automation sequences.
• Develop custom n8n functions using JavaScript/TypeScript/Python where needed.
• Set up and manage n8n deployments (cloud or self-hosted), including Docker, environment configs, error handling, and scaling.
• Create and manage automation for websites, landing pages, and backend modules.
• Troubleshoot & resolve complex automation issues and bottlenecks.
• Guide team members on workflow architecture, best practices, and implementation.
• Maintain clean documentation for workflows, integrations, and processes.

Requirements

• Proven, hands-on experience with n8n workflow development.
• Strong understanding of Python / JavaScript / TypeScript / Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, webhooks, authentication flows (API Keys, OAuth2, JWT).
• Experience integrating CRMs, tools, databases, SaaS apps, email automation, etc.
• Ability to write clear logic, transformations, error-handling, and custom functions.
• Familiarity with Docker, servers, self-hosting, or cloud deployment setups.
• Basic knowledge of working with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
• Ability to break down complex problems and build scalable automation pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to lead technical decisions.

Bonus Skills

• Experience building custom n8n nodes or contributing to open-source automations.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM-powered workflows or agentic automation setups.
• Experience integrating sales or lead-generation systems.
• Understanding of DevOps concepts, monitoring, logging, and workflow optimization.
