We are seeking a highly skilled n8n Automation Workflow Specialist with proven expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing automation workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing n8n workflows for diverse business use cases, integrating APIs, and streamlining processes through automation. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about process efficiency, data connectivity, and leveraging automation to drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy complex automation workflows using n8n.
Integrate multiple applications, databases, and APIs to create seamless data flows.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable workflow automations.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing workflows to ensure performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, marketing, etc.) to identify automation opportunities.
Maintain documentation of workflows, integrations, and processes for team reference.
Stay up to date with n8n features, plugins, and best practices to ensure optimal use of the platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with n8n automation workflows and proven portfolio of previous projects.
Proficiency in API integrations (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks) and JSON data handling.
Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and connecting them within workflows.
Solid understanding of process automation principles, error handling, and data transformation.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deployment and scalability.
Experience with version control (Git) and documentation practices.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with workflow automation tools beyond n8n (Zapier, Make, Airflow, etc.).
Ability to script in JavaScript/Python for advanced workflow customization.
Background in SaaS, e-commerce, marketing automation, or data analytics integrations.
Previous track record of delivering automation projects that significantly improved efficiency.

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
