Project Manager
Location: NagercoilExperience: 5–10 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Capital Markets to drive end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale technology or business transformation initiatives in investment banking/financial services. Prior exposure to Murex (MX.3) will be considered a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage capital markets projects across the full lifecycle – initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders including business users, technology teams, and external vendors.
  • Manage project governance, reporting, timelines, and risk/issue tracking.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Drive requirement gathering workshops and support solution design discussions.
  • Oversee testing, UAT, migration, and implementation phases.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and change requests effectively.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 8–15 years of total experience with at least 5+ years in project management within Capital Markets.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products (FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Equities, Risk, etc.).
  • Proven experience in managing multi-stakeholder, cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing project plans, status reports, and dashboards.
  • Experience working with global teams and onshore/offshore delivery models.
Good to Have:
Murex (MX.3) exposure – implementation, upgrade, or support projects.PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification.
