Open Skill Areas / Modules:

  (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)

• SPM

  (Strategic Portfolio Management)

• HAM / SAM

  (Hardware Asset Management / Software Asset Management)

• HRSD

  (Human Resources Service Delivery)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions
  
• Work on Service Portal customization using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNow widgets
  
• Implement and support ITSM, SPM, HAM/SAM, and HRSD modules
  
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems
  
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
  
• Experience in one or more modules: ITSM / SPM / HAM / SAM / HRSD
  
• Knowledge of Service Portal development
  
• Scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide API)
  
• Good understanding of ServiceNow best practices and workflows
  

Good to Have:

• ServiceNow certifications
  
• Experience in implementations or upgrades
  
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environment
  

Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience (flexible based on role)
  

Location:

• PAN India / Hybrid / Remote (as per project requirement)
  

Notice Period:

• Immediate to 30 days preferred
