Multimedia Designer

Description

• We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will Conceptualize, design, and produce multimedia content, including videos, motion graphics, infographics, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with internal and US-based teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and visual objectives.
• Translate complex technical or conceptual information into clear and visually compelling storytelling.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and best practices in multimedia and visual storytelling.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and creative excellence.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
• Experience in video editing and motion graphics is essential.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design or 3D tools (like Blender, Cinema4D) is an added advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts to support US operations or project timelines.
• Has knowledge or willingness to learn and upskill themselves across other creative or technical domains.
  

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in multimedia or visual design is preferred.
• Minimum: Graduate degree
• Preferred: Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) or equivalent in Visual Communication, Design, or related field
