We’re looking for a Visual Creator with a sharp eye, creative imagination, and critical thinking to turn ideas into visuals that capture attention and drive results. What You’ll Do Conceptualize and design visuals that make an instant impact. Create diverse content formats posters, reels, infographics, thumbnails, and short-form videos. Translate brand identity into consistent and engaging visual storytelling. Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align designs with business goals. Track performance and refine visuals based on real outcomes. Stay updated on design and cultural trends, and apply them originally. Basic skills in video/motion editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Awareness of social media platforms and management tools. Who You Are 0–1 year of experience in design or content creation (agency or freelance). Portfolio that reflects aesthetic judgment and commercial understanding.
