Multimedia Designer

At MaSs, design is not decorationit’s business thinking made visual. We’re looking for a Visual Creator with a sharp eye, creative imagination, and critical thinking to turn ideas into visuals that capture attention and drive results.

What You’ll Do

• Conceptualize and design visuals that make an instant impact.
• Create diverse content formats posters, reels, infographics, thumbnails, and short-form videos.
• Translate brand identity into consistent and engaging visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align designs with business goals.
• Track performance and refine visuals based on real outcomes.
• Stay updated on design and cultural trends, and apply them originally.

Skills & Tools (Important but Secondary)

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva.
• Basic skills in video/motion editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Awareness of social media platforms and management tools.

Who You Are

• 0–1 year of experience in design or content creation (agency or freelance).
• Portfolio that reflects aesthetic judgment and commercial understanding.
• Reliable under deadlines, collaborative, and open to feedback.
