Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Identity & IP Design

  • Translate brand values into visual assets across campaigns, menus, and seasonal drops.
  • Develop unique identity systems for new concepts and IPs (events, products, etc.).
  • Present multiple creative directions per brief and maintain design consistency across brands.

2. Packaging & Collateral

  • Design innovative packaging for F&B extensions (merch, retail, takeaway).
  • Collaborate with vendors for feasibility, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Create templates for menus, uniforms, coasters, and other guest touchpoints.

3. Social Media & Content Design

  • Design static and motion posts, reels, ads, and stories aligned with content calendars.
  • Ensure all visuals are storytelling-driven, not just trend-led.
  • Work closely with brand managers to deliver engaging, shareable content.

4. Video & Motion Graphics

  • Shoot and edit short-form content (reels, teasers, BTS storytelling).
  • Create animations and motion graphics for campaigns and ads.
  • Deliver quick-turnaround edits for launches, events, and seasonal campaigns.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Brand Managers, Marketing, and Operations to align design with strategy.
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and external vendors.
  • Support internal training decks and presentations with clear, branded design.

6. Process & Innovation

  • Build and maintain a design library of reusable assets (templates, illustrations, icons).
  • Explore AI and design tools to improve efficiency and scale workflows.
  • Stay updated with hospitality, design, and cultural trends to bring fresh ideas.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree/Diploma in Communication Design, Visual Design, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, packaging, or content creation.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience in social media design, video editing, and motion graphics.
  • Ability to manage multiple briefs with quick turnarounds.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.


Reporting Structure

  • Reports to:

    Creative Director / Brand Director

Quarterly

  • On-time delivery of briefs (90% within deadlines).
  • Engagement growth across social platforms.
  • Guest and staff recall of brand identity and packaging.
  • Positive collaboration feedback from internal teams.
